HandyDaddy collects account, request, message, attachment, payment, notification, and device information needed to operate the marketplace and protect customer privacy.

Information we use

• Account details such as name, email, phone number, role, and verification status.
• Request details such as category, project description, approximate location, photos, PDFs, budget, timing, and offer history.
• Messages and attachments exchanged in HandyDaddy chat.
• Payment, receipt, invoice, review, and job status records.

How we use it

We use this information to create accounts, match customers with nearby pros, process offers and payments, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, improve support, and keep address and phone details private until sharing is allowed.

SMS and email

If you provide a phone number or email address, HandyDaddy may send transactional verification codes, account alerts, request updates, offer updates, appointment reminders, chat notifications, and support messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS and HELP for help.
