HandyDaddy SMS Terms
Effective July 22, 2026
HandyDaddy is a home-services marketplace. Its SMS program sends transactional messages requested by users; it does not send promotional or third-party marketing texts.
How consent is collected
SMS is optional. A user opts in by entering a mobile number, selecting SMS verification or enabling SMS notifications, reviewing the disclosure shown beside the selection, and checking the consent box. The box is not preselected. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing services, and email verification remains available during account creation.
Messages
Messages may include one-time verification codes, account security alerts, request and offer updates, appointment reminders, payment updates, chat notifications, and support messages. Message frequency varies based on account activity.
Charges, opt-out, and help
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Users can also disable SMS notifications in HandyDaddy settings or email support@handydaddy.pro. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Phone numbers and SMS activity are handled as described in the HandyDaddy Privacy Policy. HandyDaddy does not sell SMS consent to third parties.
